Risk Assessment of Knowledge Transfer in Green Building Based on ISM-MICMAC

Green buildings have made a significant contribution to low-carbon and energy-saving. However, green construction projects will face greater risks than traditional due their high cost complex technology. Having important information or knowledge can help the project organization stifle risk at source. This paper intends improve efficiency effectiveness of transfer by studying assessment in process between organizations, thereby helping reduce building projects. first explores influencing factors interrelationship analyzing existing literature; then uses ISM method MICMAC analysis method, sort out order hierarchy transfer, analyze same time forces driving dependences. Then author proposes countermeasures organizations. The results show that two types risks, low network connection strength lack mechanisms, impact on but they are easy manage. Therefore, managers should identify these take certain measures avoid risks.
